🆘 DO NOT BOOK with Trans Real Audiencia!
ResponderBorrarWe booked a trip from Potosi to Sucre, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. The bus was driving erratically—swerving and moving incredibly slowly. It turned out the driver was drunk behind the wheel. All passengers, including ourselves, refused to stay on and got off the bus in the middle of nowhere, still 1.5 hours away from Sucre. Fortunately, we managed to arrange a taxi to take us the rest of the way.
The next day, we went to the Trans Real Audiencia counter at the bus terminal. The staff completely failed to acknowledge the life-threatening situation and refused to give us a full refund. Because we had traveled "halfway," they would only refund half the ticket price. They took ZERO responsibility, offered NO apology, and refused to reimburse our extra travel costs. They were incredibly unprofessional and dismissive.
We later visited the police station, where they confirmed that the driver is now in jail. That is the only positive outcome of this entire ordeal.
Word of advice: Do NOT trust your safety with Trans Real Audiencia!
